Baltimore BJJ offers adult and children's classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as well as kickboxing, MMA and submission grappling classes all at their gym in Essex, MD. Their instructors will help you get in shape and learn new skills. The gym also offers a free Elite GI with every membership sign up and they partner with Cruz Combat for nogi gear.
