Baltimore Martial Arts and Fitness is a kickboxing school that offers a non-competitive version of kickboxing which incorporates kicking and punching on heavy bags while tracking your punch stats, heart rate and calories using IMPACT WRAP Technology. Their kickboxing classes provide an intense aerobic workout and also teach basic self-defense skills. They incorporate other methods for developing fitness such as core strength, stability and balance training, plyometrics, agility drills, cardiovascular exercises and more. The classes are self-paced so that you can progress at your own pace in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. They also offer other fitness programs including Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camp, Personal Training, Fast Burn 30 and more. They have experienced martial arts instructors who are trained to help motivate and help you reach your true fitness potential. They also consult on nutrition and give dietary recommendations based upon your goals.
