About Us
Shaolin Life is a center for spiritual studies and martial arts training. They offer classes in Kung Fu, Qigong, and Tai Chi, which emphasize movement and breath control for healthy and focused minds. Their classes also include flexibility exercises to improve range of motion and balance. The instructors, including Master Sheldon Callahan, have trained directly from Shaolin Monks and Martial Masters in various styles of Kung Fu, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and gymnastics. Their goal is to provide expert guidance and practical training to help students achieve a balance of mind, body, and spirit.
