Enso Judo Boise

Enso Judo is a grappling martial art that focuses on throwing, pinning, chokes, and joint locks. It was created by Jigoro Kano in 1882 and emphasizes two founding principles: Mutual welfare and benefit and the efficient use of thought and strength. Enso Judo Boise is different from other Judo clubs as it focuses on practical application of Judo techniques rather than competition. The club teaches all techniques with a focus on maintaining safety for both the practitioner and their partner.
