Mercia Aikido | Ren Sei Kan (Kidderminster Martial Arts)

Aikido derives from the martial art of Daito-ryu Aiki-jujutsu, but during the early 20th century began to evolve into a more fluid form of the art, with an emphasis upon kinetic energy, also known as Ki flow.

Mercia Aikido (or Ren Sei Kan) are based at the Samurai Dojo in Kidderminster and is part of several other regional Dojos under the umbrella of Go Shin Kai (GSK). We are recognised and affiliated to the Aikido world headquarters, Hombu Dojo in Japan, and are also registered with the British Aikido Board.
