Worcester Park Kungfu offers a unique opportunity to study the art of Kung Fu WuZu Five Ancestors. The classes focus on traditional methods that enhance fitness, flexibility, coordination, and strength, both externally and internally. Students learn to balance their mind and body while acquiring self-defense skills. The curriculum includes traditional forms, weapons training, breathing techniques (neigong), and meditation. The style incorporates hand techniques, the softness of the crane posture, dynamic power of the Lohan, agility of the Monkey, and efficient movement of the Emperor fist, along with breathing methods and iron body techniques of Da Mo.
