Tiska Karate Duston

Duston TISKA karate club is a small family friendly group studying Shotokan Karate.
We offer a 2 week Free Trial, beginners lessons at 6pm Thursday evenings in the main hall in St Luke's Centre Duston.
Karate is a brilliant way for children and adults to develop a new skill and improve fitness, self confidence, balance and coordination, and all while your having fun.
