Welcome to BMKA, where our aim is to promote physical and mental well-being. We instill discipline, respect, and an awareness of the needs of others, fostering a sense of achievement and belonging through our training. We welcome beginners of all ages, offering separate classes for children from 7 years upwards, teenagers, and adults. Our clubs are located throughout the West Midlands, providing opportunities for everyone to start their journey towards their black belt with free trial lessons available for all beginners.
