The club has been established since 1974 and has produced some of the highest ranking and experienced practitioners and instructors in Britain. Our Club is all about development. That could be the development of character, technique, skills, confidence. We are not just about fighting. There is something for everyone young or old, fit or unfit. With classes in Coventry and Birmingham, you can not only explore your Olympic dreams or join us to improve your fitness, learn self-defence, increase confidence and flexibility and mental focus.
