The Dungeon Bjj - K1 Kickboxing and mma

The Dungeon BJJ & MMA is the oldest Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Sunderland. With a great atmosphere and a multitude of students training for fitness, hobby, self-defence. The head instructor is Professor Aaron Naisbet, 3rd Degree Black Belt. The City's first person to be awarded a Black Belt in BJJ. The academy was founded in 2005. He is also a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Okinawan Boxing, a "K1 style". The academy also has a long history in Mixed Martial Arts, training multiple Champions at British, European, and World Champion levels both in the amateur and professional ranks.
