Red Dragon Karate Club Clydach
Red Dragon Karate Club Clydach is a non-profit Shotokan karate club run by the members for the members, with low class fees and first lesson free. Experienced or non-experienced can join in as there are different levels ranging from white belts to experienced Black belts. A typical session will include a warm-up and stretching session, followed by a combination of Kihon (basic techniques), Kumite (sparring) and Kata (set forms).
