If you think Martial Arts Training in Banstead is for you, then please understand that we require commitment and that Martial Arts is not for everybody. For those that just want some exercise we run a fitness kickboxing class too.
As well as strict ITF TaeKwon-Do we also run an extensive self defence programme and elements of the Indonesian Martial Art of Silat. I have 24 years experience in ITF TaeKwon-Do and a variety of other arts.
