We pride ourselves on being open and welcoming to everyone regardless of your ability. We cater for complete beginners, those getting back into a sport, as well as experienced participants. You can come to one of our open sessions or book yourself into a lesson. Our staff can support those with additional needs and have received training for working with neuro-diverse individuals.
