About Us
Wednesdays 7:30pm to 8:30pm SBL Combatives. This is the striking aspect of this dynamic art for 1 on 1, multiple attacker and some weapon based training.
Sundays 11:30AM to 1PM SBL Conditioning. Here we go through the numerous postures and positions used in SBL to ingrain the stances and basic movements to better complement Wednesday classes. This will be a full body workout using your own bodyweight, pad drills and partner work.
All of the above is available for people of all fitness/ability levels.
