We are a competition based club that builds fighters from the ground up. We compete in Mixed Martial Arts at amateur and professional level and the same with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Grappling. However you DO NOT need to be a fighter to train with us. You can train alongside our squad of experienced athletes and just get in shape and learn a new skill..
Everyone starts as a beginner and it can be daunting starting something new, especially full contact martial arts. I teach in a way that builds complete novices into accomplished martial artists. Call in and watch a class.
