Our organisation has been delivering a range of activities to improve health and well-being to all age groups from children to adults.
Activities include Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Kung Fu and Wushu, San Shou (Chinese Kick Boxing), Yoga, Mandarin Language, Traditional Chinese Lion Dance, Chinese Calligraphy.
The activities delivered by the organisation focus on eastern techniques and methods and aim to offer a unique alternative to more traditional and common activities people use to maintain their health and fitness.
