A peaceful oasis of both rest and activity for those who wish to live well and be strong. A community of peaceful comrades in life, some of whom are military and ex military but also includes comrades of various backgrounds, including the young and elderly, the well and the not so well, the lonely and the outgoing, the weak and the strong. From comrades surviving PTSD, stress, loneliness or physical challenges to those who are strong and healthy and training to be stronger.
