AD Taekwondo
AD Taekwondo is dedicated to making training accessible to everyone, regardless of their ability or experience. The focus of all classes is on cultivating the right attitude, manners, and integrity in our athletes. Our coaches possess extensive knowledge and experience in delivering both Traditional and Sports taekwondo sessions at regional, national, and international levels. All team members have completed enhanced DBS checks, safeguarding training, and are insured with British Taekwondo, our National Governing Body. Additionally, our coaches participate in British Taekwondo's Mentoring program to develop world-class coaches and hold qualifications in the sports and fitness industry.
