Group and private (1-1, 2-1 and small group) SAMBO, Combat-SAMBO, BJJ, Mixed Martial Arts and Self-defence lessons in Hertfordshire. We also offer bespoke training to groups with particular requirements this has included both vulnerable people and the Royal Navy in the past.
Head instructor has over 30 years experience across various martial arts, Medalist in various competitions including the British SAMBO Championship as well as having served as a Police Officer, Prison Officer and over a decade as a Close Protection Officer.
