Loong Ying Dragon Kung Fu Club
Loong Ying (龍形) (Dragon Shaped) Kung Fu is a powerful style of Shaolin Kung Fu. This fighting system, whose origins can be traced back to the Huashoutai Shaolin Temple (华首台), on Mount Luofu (罗浮山) in southern China. As well as being an effective self-defence system the style develops strength, flexibility and endurance in the body and mind and helps maintain a healthy well being.
