Southern Karate Organisation welcomes everyone!
Whether aged 4 to 104.

We teach traditional karate in Southampton, Winchester, Chichester, Andover & Midhurst.

All our traditional karate classes are friendly and informative. Our team of instructors take all individual skills, fitness, age and abilities into consideration and have a combined total of 222 years teaching karate!!

Our classes are run on a progressive grade structure where students start at the very beginning and progress at their own pace.
