About Us
Andover Tae Kwon-Do is committed to teaching Tae Kwon-Do as it was intended by its founder Major General Choi Hong-hi. Since 1980, the club has been teaching in Andover and Basingstoke, adhering strictly to the teachings and practices developed by Maj Gen Choi Hong-hi. The club began in Ludgershall and has been run by Charles Gellard since the early 1980s. In 1983, it became part of the TAGB, which has over 600 clubs and 20,000 members. The training follows a well-defined syllabus, with colour belt gradings every three months and black belt gradings every six months, ensuring a structured and supportive environment for all students.
