This way, new starters are always joining and becoming valuable training partners for the future. To achieve this goal, we developed our BJJ beginners programme. This is a structured, progressive and fun syllabus enabling students to train in a safe environment. This approach means everyone can excel regardless of height, weight or athletic ability.
