About Us

Learn martial art techniques, become more flexible and improve your health at the same time.
A typical class lasts 2 hours and involves self-defence drills, weapons handling & applications, standing meditation, iron shirt/palm conditioning, form practice, stretching and exercise. It is a complete system of internal & external health. We also focus on martial Qigong, mobility and flexibility.

No previous experience is required. All abilities, fitness levels, men and women are welcome although training is only available to people aged 16 and over. Loose clothing is advised but no special clothing or equipment is needed.
