Tai Chi and Qigong classes in Northwood, Pinner and surrounding areas.

Tai Chi is a fluid and, can appear to be, a near effortless form of exercise. Yet it demands physical control and mental focus to perform.
It is non-competitive, yet challenging to master. Over time it improves balance, body posture, mental acuity and overall physical wellbeing.

Ged is a registered instructor with the International Taiji & Qigong Federation and the Longfei-Taiji Association.
