Associação Punhos Unidos de Kung Fu

Welcome to the United Fists Kung Fu Association, founded in 2000. Our school focuses on the individual and collective improvement of practitioners within the martial art. We are a traditional school that promotes the Hung Gar style of kung fu, a lineage from Grandmasters Lam Jo and Li Hon Ki from Hong Kong. We offer online traditional kung fu classes that follow the same guidelines as in-person classes, ensuring that students receive guidance and analysis of their techniques from our instructors. Additionally, we perform the Lion Dance, a ceremony aimed at bringing luck, happiness, and prosperity to events, showcasing our six traditional lions.
