Hontai Yoshin Ryu Chelsea

One of the few remaining authentic koryu or traditional Japanese martial schools, Hontai Yoshin Ryu (本體楊心流) was conceived in 17th century, feudal era Japan by Takagi Oriemon Shigetoshi.

Our three dojos, offering weekly adult-only classes in jujutsu (empty-hand) and weapons (bojutsu, hanbojutsu, kodachijutsu, iaijutsu), are the only authorised locations in the UK where this ancient art can be studied.
