About Us

Circle8 Fitness offers fun and diverse High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) classes in a safe and stylish environment.
Different from other classes, our HiiT sessions use techniques from Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai... tailored to be different each class to keep it interesting, challenging and fun!
The club is run by PT and former World Muay Thai champion Mattie Parks... Mattie is passionate about helping everyone feel fitter and healthier.. no matter where they start their journey!
