While a long way from home, Coach Jon still manages to bring that bit of American flavour to the UK. Born in the USA, Coach Jon always had a strong passion for martial arts.

You'll find our coaches eager to help you go outside if your comfort zone. We always do our best to break things down for you in a way that is palatable and easy to understand.

You will find our team kicking and punching ready to tackle each day. While always pushing our students with high energy and attentiveness, you will find we’re also extremely approachable and ready to help when we can.
