Seitou Ryu Karate Wickford

Seitou Ryu Karate® is an established traditional Goju karate school with clubs across South Essex in South Ockendon, Grays and Wickford. We are affiliated to the English Karate Federation, GKC Global and MAGB (Martial Arts Great Britain).

Classes are taught by Sensei Richard Hang Hong (5th Dan) and Sensei Caroline Hang Hong (4th Dan), who have over 30 years experience in both traditional and sport karate. They are assisted by a team of fully qualified instructors and assistant instructors, all of whom are first aid trained and DBS checked.

We currently have over 200 members actively training each week. Beginners and advanced grades are welcome to come and train at any of our locations across Essex. Please contact us to book a trial.
