Gracie Barra Chelmsford is a full-time Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Self Defence academy.

The academy offers a wide range of Gracie Barra programs, including kids classes from 3 years old and up, adult classes for a variety of knowledge levels including complete beginners, No Gi classes and Muay Thai.
