Tokon Kai Karate
Tokon Kai Karate has been established and run by full time professionally qualified instructors for over 20 years in South East Essex. Classes are available 5 days a week, across different locations. Tokon Kai Karate teaches the traditional style of Shotokan Karate. The lessons are run in a friendly atmosphere and family participation is encouraged, whilst the discipline of the traditional martial art is always observed. As a supplement to Karate training, kick and punch bags are used to focus power. Beginners are always welcome and are taught separately.
