Warrior Arts and Fitness is a full time martial art academy based just outside East Grinstead in Forest Row on the East/West Sussex border. We offer a range of classes in Wing Chun Kung Fu, Pencak Silat, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Filipino Kali, Boxing, Yoga & Conditioning, Kettlebells and much more. We have classes for all age ranges and abilities as well as 121 tuition 7 days a week. Whether you are looking to learn a martial art for self-defence; want to get fitter and healthier or need to de-stress and re-energise we have a class to suit you.
