IMA Martial Arts

The IMA Martial Arts Dojo is located in Arnold and also teaches at established satellite schools in Bingham, Bramcote, Heanor, Ilkeston, and Kimberley. The curriculum is based on Wado-Ryu Karate and Kickboxing, incorporating elements from other martial arts like Muay Thai and Brazilian Ji-Jitsu. Classes are available for ages 3 and up, catering to children, adults, and families. Self-defense is a key focus, helping individuals stay safe and confident. Optional seminars throughout the year allow students to explore specialized topics such as Bo Staff, Escrima, Nunchaku, and First Aid.
