The martial art of 'Qi Kwan Do' teaches self defence to children and adults alike. Here you will find information about our schools, style of martial art, our friendly staff and the various self defence programmes we have developed to ensure that Qi Kwan Do can be enjoyed by everyone. There are currently a number of Qi Kwan Do martial arts classes located throughout Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire training men, women and children to become a Black Belt Leader and beyond. Becoming a member at one of the Qi Kwan Do Schools will enable an individual to focus and concentrate on achieving worthwhile goals and to meet life's challenges with total confidence and perseverance. Concentrating on self defence, our style of martial art has been developed to improve students' overall health and fitness and confidence, as well as providing important leadership life skills.
