We are a popular well-established friendly school with over 40 years' experience in the martial arts.

Taught by professional instructors who hold coaching qualifications in addition to high level Black Belt grades. We have an unbroken lineage to the founder of Shotokan Karate and the Yang family in Tai Chi and teach a full progressive syllabus.

We also teach aspects from other arts including Kobujutsu, Ju-Jitsu, Jodo, Wing Chun, Kung Fu and Escrima and hold regular seminars with high graded instructors.

We have beginners’ classes for both children and adults and look forwards to welcoming you.
