For us, self-defense is about more than just training. It involves reality, security, simplicity, effectiveness, and building self-confidence. We previously offered Krav Maga, which has been effective, but we have recently noticed various limitations. Therefore, we have chosen to evolve and switch to a more modern self-defense system – Fighting Solutions – which has gained international attention for its practical usability, hence our name change to 'Sundsvall Self Defense Solutions'. Starting in the fall of 2025, we will offer a modern training form better suited to the threats present in today's society.
