Umea Kyokushin Karate Club

Umeå Karateklubb is a karate club that has been in existence since 1968. They teach karate of the Kyokushin style to both adults and children. The club is led by Shihan Naser Ghanbari, who has been the main instructor since 1981. They also offer bagfighting and several other projects, including self-defense for women, senior training, and Parakarate. The club's mission is to help their members develop their inner strength and reach their full potential. Through training in their supportive community, they promote self-confidence, balance, and self-awareness. The club's goal is to strengthen both body and mind to create a positive change that extends beyond training and into their members' lives.
