Their vision is to be a place where individuals can grow at their own pace, together with others, regardless of age and gender. Their focus is on self-defense and personal development, both physically and mentally. They have many techniques, including blocking, striking, kicking, throwing, and grappling, and training is done at one's own ability. Their instructors have a long and thorough background in karate and are experienced instructors who also explore other martial arts to enrich and deepen their knowledge of self-defense.
