Trelleborgs Grappling Sällskap

Trelleborgs Grappling Sällskap is a small club with a lot of heart, focusing on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) both with traditional gi and without gi (no-gi/submission wrestling). The club welcomes new members throughout the year and practices almost year-round. Basic techniques are repeated each term, and as members become more advanced, the techniques are adapted accordingly. This means that adults who are completely new to martial arts train alongside those with colored belts. Additionally, there is a program for children aged 10 to 15 years. The association is affiliated with the Swedish Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation and the Swedish Submission Wrestling Federation.
