Blekinge Self-Defense School

Modern and effective self-defense! Blekinge Self-Defense School offers training in Karlskrona and Ronneby. We teach defense against chokes, punches, kicks, and various holds, as well as defense against weapon threats (knife, gun) or weapon attacks (knife, baseball bat). Training is conducted both standing and on the ground, against one or multiple opponents. Our goal is to teach self-defense in a serious and fun environment, tailored to your individual needs. You can try out for two weeks without payment.
