Yuan Shen is a centre for personal development, offering various practices such as Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Meditation to help individuals improve their body, heart, and mind. With over 15 years of experience, they provide guidance and counselling to find the most suitable practices for each individual's needs. The centre offers different practices, including Tai Chi, which is a traditional practice with a modern focus to bring harmony within oneself and with others, and Chi Kung, a system of physical and mental exercises that combine breathing, concentration, and movement to increase vitality and improve the body's functioning. They also offer Stretching to improve posture, reduce tension and pain, and recover natural elasticity of the body, and Meditation, a training for the mind and heart to acquire a higher state of consciousness and freedom from stress.
