Krav Maga Somontano

Krav Maga Somontano is a school that teaches self-defense techniques based on the Krav Maga FEKM-RD system. The school is affiliated with the European Federation of Krav Maga - Richard Douieb (FEKM-RD) and offers classes that go beyond the technical program of Krav Maga, including stress management, response to aggression, and fear management. The instructors are experienced in different martial arts and sports, and the classes are adapted to each student's needs and level. The school has a team of instructors, including Carlos Algaba, who has experience in Krav Maga, autodefensa práctica, and sparring, as well as experience in teaching and presenting courses against violence.
