Gilcross is a sports center where we offer a variety of training sessions including crosstraining, Hiitcore, and Mobility. Our classes are led by coaches who program and explain daily workouts, focusing on motivation in the box. The WOD program is designed to improve overall physical condition, while HIITCORE focuses on high-intensity interval training for endurance and fat burning. We also offer core training, open box time for practicing movements, mobility sessions to enhance range of motion, lower body strength training, and special classes for seniors and kids. Gilcross promotes a healthier lifestyle for those looking to lose weight.
