About Us

Brooklyn Fitboxing in Torrelodones offers a unique fitness experience that combines boxing and cardio training. The training sessions, which last 47 minutes, are divided into three parts: warm-up, strength training with weights, and 8 rounds of punching a punching bag to the rhythm of music. The goal is to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance, and coordination. The club provides a welcoming atmosphere, with certified trainers who guide and motivate participants. After signing up for a trial session, members can choose from various plans, including a flexible plan called 'Prime' and a commitment-free plan called 'UNLIMITED'.
