Titanes CrossTraining is defined as a strength and conditioning training system based on constantly varied functional exercises performed at high intensity. Our goal is to bring sports closer to all sectors of the population and promote mental and physical well-being. The best way to understand it is to experience it firsthand. We refer to the training space as 'BOX', which is not just a physical location but a safe environment to socialize, empathize, and collectively and individually push limits. Classes are flexible and adapt to your level and demands, ensuring a limited capacity and coach involvement in your training.
