Brooklyn Fitboxing Ciudad Lineal offers a unique training experience that combines boxing and fitness. Participants engage in 8 rounds of hitting a punching bag to the rhythm of music, complemented by strength exercises to enhance endurance, burn fat, tone the body, and improve mobility. The sessions are designed to be fun and energizing, lasting 47 minutes, and are led by certified trainers who provide guidance and motivation. The dojo focuses on making workouts enjoyable while helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, regardless of their prior experience in boxing or kickboxing.
