Círculo de Jiu Jitsu is a school focused on the practice of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) both with gi and without gi (NoGi/Grappling). Our goal is to offer high-quality Jiu Jitsu in an unmatched environment and facilities. We welcome everyone, regardless of age or physical condition, as the techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are designed to allow a smaller person to control a larger individual. Our adult program starts from the age of 14, and we also have a kids program starting from 3 years old. We encourage the practice of both gi and NoGi, as each offers different benefits.
