About Us
The Dojo is a place where Aikido is practiced, following the technical and philosophical principles of its founder Morihei Ueshiba. The Dojo is run by Sensei Fernando Lourido Méndez, a 6th Dan Aikikai instructor. The Dojo has two locations in Madrid: Colegio Gredos San Diego and Polideportivo Dehesa Navalcarbón. The Dojo offers classes for all levels, and the first class is free. The Dojo is affiliated with the Aikikai Foundation and the International Aikido Federation.
