DEFENSUS® Self-Protection Science

Welcome to the official website of DEFENSUS® Self-Protection Science and the DEFENSUS® Self-Defense Association. We invite you to explore each section of this site to learn more about our self-protection training available for all groups and individuals. We are also available to clarify any doubts or provide more information without any commitment. Our complete DEFENSUS® Self-Defense System is offered in mixed weekly classes (for both women and men) at our DEFENSUS® Schools. We also provide specialized training for women through workshops and courses organized by our Association or in collaboration with various groups, companies, or public institutions. Our programs include special training in real environments and specific tactics for police and military personnel.
